Smart Binary Help

Licence & compliance

Straight answers on who you are dealing with, what is regulated, and what is your own responsibility.

Who operates the platform

Smart Binary is an online trading platform operated by the entity named in the footer of the terms of service, with the registered details and contact addresses listed there and in the privacy policy.

Owner note (remove before publishing): insert the verified legal entity name, registration number, registered address and - only if it is genuinely held and verifiable - the regulator and licence number. Never publish a licence claim you cannot evidence: an unverifiable claim is a legal exposure and a fast route to app-store and payment-provider removal.

Risk disclosure

Trading carries risk of loss. Prices can move against you quickly, and short-duration products can lose the entire stake. No member of staff will ever guarantee a return, promise a fixed daily profit, or tell you a trade cannot lose - if anyone does, it is not the platform and should be reported in-app immediately.

Only trade money you can afford to lose. If trading is affecting your finances, sleep or relationships, stop and speak to a support service in your country.

Anti-money-laundering and account rules

Tax

You are responsible for declaring trading profits where your country taxes them. The platform does not give tax advice and does not withhold income tax; the charge at withdrawal is a platform fee, not a tax. Download your transaction history from your account and give it to a qualified adviser.

Your data

Personal data is processed to run your account, verify identity, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. You may request access, correction, export or deletion. Identity documents are stored outside the public web root and are never sold. Full detail: privacy policy.

Complaints

  1. Raise it in-app with the transaction or request reference - most issues are resolved at that level.
  2. If unresolved, ask for it to be escalated; you get a written response with the reasoning.
  3. If still unresolved, you may refer it to the consumer protection body in your country.
