Withdrawals
Withdrawals go back through the same rails you funded with. The minimum withdrawal is 10 USD, and verification must be approved first.
Before your first withdrawal
- Verification approved. Name on the account, on the ID and on the payout destination must match. How to verify.
- Amount above the minimum. 10 USD equivalent.
- Correct destination. A wrong mobile number or wallet address cannot be recalled once paid.
How to withdraw
- Open Withdraw and choose the method.
- Enter the amount and the destination (number, card or wallet address).
- Review the breakdown: requested amount, the withdrawal charge, and the net amount that will be paid.
- Confirm. The request moves to pending and is processed in order.
- You are notified when it is paid, with the provider reference.
The withdrawal charge
A charge is applied to each withdrawal - currently 10%, split out and shown on the confirmation screen before you submit. That is why the amount you receive is smaller than the amount requested; it is not a hidden deduction, it is displayed up front.
Provider network fees, where they apply, are separate and outside the platform's control.
How long it takes
| Stage | Typical time | What you see |
| Request submitted | Immediate | Status: pending |
| Review | Minutes to a few hours | Status: processing |
| Paid out | Mobile money usually minutes; card and crypto can take longer | Status: paid, with reference |
First withdrawals and anything above a review threshold always take the longer path. That is a protection, not a penalty.
Why a withdrawal can be held
- Verification incomplete or mismatched - name differs from the ID or from the payout account.
- Funding source not in your name - deposits from a third party must be returned to source before payout.
- Duplicate accounts - one person, one account. Duplicates are frozen during review.
- Bonus conditions - a bonus-linked balance may require its turnover condition to be met before it can be withdrawn.
- Security check - a password change, new device or unusual pattern triggers a confirmation step.
When a request is held you are contacted in-app with the specific reason and exactly what is needed. It is not a silent freeze.
If the payout fails
- Wrong number or address: contact support immediately with the request reference. If it has not been paid out, it can be corrected; once paid to a wrong destination it cannot be pulled back.
- Provider rejected the payment: the amount returns to your balance and you can resubmit.
- Still pending beyond 24 hours: send the request reference in-app. Do not submit a second identical request - that creates a duplicate and delays both.
Tax on withdrawals
The charge shown at confirmation is the platform's withdrawal fee. Separately, trading profits may be taxable in your country and you are responsible for declaring them. Keep your transaction history - it is downloadable from your account and is what a tax officer will ask for. More: compliance.
